Question by sixrubberduckies: What are some good stomach workouts to burn fat?
My roomie and I are looking for some fat burning stomach workouts but all we have are 2 3-pound weights. We will not be buying any more equipment so what can we do to burn stomach fat without any extra stuff? Thanks!

You can’t choose where the fat your body burns will be. If you do crunches you could lose weight in your legs. Just go for walks or jogs and do leg workouts. (Building up leg muscles makes you burn fat faster.)

after you workout your body does re-lie on the fat surrounding your muscles to give them the calories and nutrients they need but its so little that it can easily be replaced daily. so thinking that you can do things like crunches without cardie to lose fat around your belly is ridiculous. what you need 2 do is interval training like 400m repeats repeatedly running up stairs and jump ropeing. which will help you lose weight through out your whole body. genetics dictate where on your body your fat will congregate and it will come off evenly according 2 genetics so if you want 2 lose weight from one place you have 2 lose it from every where. if you want 2 get defined abs you need 2 focus on the lower part mainly with things that incorporate you legs like windshield wipers leg raises scissor kicks and hello dolly’s the upper abs will be stimulated by these also but the inverse is not always true ab bout the correlation between the affects on the lower abdominal while working the up er ones. i hope this helps.
