it’s a good thing this guy has good genetics so that he can say that 5 mins of cardio per day will burn body fat. Ideally, AT LEAST 20 min of intense cardio will truly start to burn calories and NO it will not burn muscle. There’s no such thing as a short-cut as in “six pack short cuts”. It takes hard work, dedication, and PATIENCE (which many people lack, therefore fail).

@steadybeau Dude, you missed the point…my comment was a response to “topgamingkingz”, who questioned why fat gamers are watching this video. I was just justifying the reasoning to why “fat people” are watching this video, which is obviously to lose some weight. I wasn’t being rude, I was being frank. Take some time to read carefully, before you pour your emotions into a heartfelt comment, which correlates to nothing. Thank you.

Not all people can get the proper exercise due to injuries and/or disabilities. Weight loss can much more of a struggle for some people. Poor metabolism and wrong eating habits can mess up weight loss results. I have met plenty of thin or in-shape people who are ugly, lazy, stupid and suck in bed. Weight is not what makes someone sexy or worth a damn.

@ekall100 Don’t be rude or ignorant. Many people are fat through no fault of their own (medications, genetics, low metabolism…) Not all fat people are lazy and eat all day. Many fat people just eat the wrong foods (carbs, sugars). I was obese and I lost a LOT of weight. I am no longer obese but I hate rude comments from people who make assumptions about people who are fat. One day you might be fat, and that’s typically what becomes of people as they age. Remember that.

Hi Mr. Chang, I’m 16 and I relly don’t like sport, because it takes me a lot of time, i don’t have time to study and do my favorite stuff. But when i saw you vid and i really like it. It helpful for me, save time and i can have better body. I use the soft ware to cut 30sec of 10 songs, and then combine them together, When i take exercise, i open that music up and when the music change, i change my part. i do it every and enjoy my life. Thank you so much !

I’m very fit but nowhere near as muscular and built as this guy. I’m a runner, not a gym rat. I was expecting this to be difficult but after the five minutes were over my heart was just getting started, he obviously poured water on himself or something because I wasn’t working near that hard and my abs hardly felt worked out at all.

I want you to be honest with me mike, or anyone that can answer this… I have abs but they aren’t very visible because of a small layer of fat covering them, i’am able to do this workout pretty well and i’am wondering if i keep doing this workout everyday for as long as it takes… Will this workout burn my belly fat that little i have that’s making my abs hard to see and how long will it take if it will? @DaphneBlue50s no … i have been a gym rat for like 7 years but it is possible to tone up and get lean by doing these exercises, but if you want to put on mass then you need to hit some serious weights

people – you need to diet..dont forget that..you dont want to starve yourself either because what happens is that once is starve mode, the next time you eat, the food stores fat because of starvation – not the right way to loose weight..Just eat right – count your carbs – which is sugar. Get your protein – stay away as much as possible from bread – or shop for healthy ones such as LifeStyle – you can get that a local walmart, or Jewel (if in chicagoland), Meijers as well
