That is a really good, intense combination of exercises. Thanks for sharing that routine, it is a really good whole body workout. It reminds me of some exercises I like to use to put together high intensity workouts and challenge myself. Just got a question, will the cardio workout burn more fat than jogging non-stop at a distance of 4.1-4.5km? Just wondering which cardio burns more fat…

Cardio doesn’t need to be so complex lol I mean you can do this stuff to get some variation in your cardio but simply jogging for more than 20 minutes will suffice. If your goal is to burn the fat off it takes more than just cardio to speed your metabolism. Your eating patterns combined with cardio have a sort of “compounding interest” effect on it’s speed. Thats what most bodybuilders to to burn fat naturally anyway. just google “your fit assist maniac” cuz it explains some techniques they use
