I eat cheese usually Cheddar and Gouda on whole wheat bread every morning because I have to get out the door fast let me know if thats a good to eat or not. thanks.
PS I usually end up eating a couple bananas with it
@nessalovesdwayne this is a high protein muscle BUILDING diet. Not muscle toning or scuplting. Thats what u want. However, u can pretty much use this except tone down the egg and meat consumption and you won’t be wanting as many calories.

Remeber to drink milk because it promotes strong bones, also once a day try and have a vegetarian diet

Oh hai! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy lost tons of weight with it

drop the rice, drop the bread and drop the pasta.
eat tons of meats and fish, and get your veggies. Have berries and nuts and make sure to eat 6 meals minimum.
