I think you’re not putting enough iron in your system or glucose. If you’re dizzy it might be because of your body getting rid of the toxins that you previously had, or it might be that you’re not consuming enough glucose which is the natural sugar found in fruits. Try to add spinach and water rich fruits like watermelon, pears, oranges, pineapple, kiwi, etc..

educate your self about healing cancer with raw. For instence Rudolf Breuss healed over 40 000 cancer pacients with raw vegetable juices.

it would probably help, but if you are wegan but you eat cooked food I dont know if you can heal yourself with that but when you would eat just raw stuff that contains lot of enzymes cancer will go away. Find out about enzymes! There is direct connection between lack of enzymes and growing cancer cells… If you lower your imput of protein to minimum and eat only raw cancer will disappear:)

    You are anemic

It’s a low-carbohydrate diet so it does not spike your blood sugar levels like you are used to when eating grains like bread and pasta. Eat some fruit. They are nutritious and have sugars that will give you some energy.

Of course with the weather manipulation and constant chemtrailing.. it might be that large amounts of heavy metals are being ingested with grass fed or pasture raised animals. One never really knows now adays, what they are eating in this country.

  13. Gr8stuffis January 1, 2010 3:24 am

It is wise to even go to websites and contact ranchers to see how you feel about their honesty, integrity, and if they raise grass fed AND finished, before purchasing.
When i look for clients, i even go so far as to note if the rancher invites drop ins to the ranch.. and also sells from the ranch itself. A rancher is less apt to have something to hide if he welcomes the public to drop in during stated hours.

Wishing you the best of health ~

There are those who are out to deceive,
When it comes to animal protein, advertised as organic, that doesn’t mean that the animal ate grass or greens.Matter of fact it is harder to say the animal is organic, if it has been raised on real grass. Not impossible. but usually grass fed and FINISHED ( Whole food has grass fed and GRAIN finished ). meat is preferable to organic grain fed meat, any day of the week.
It is unfortunate we have to be detectives to eat now. RFrankB .. tbc above

You have mad a very very valid point there. Even “Happy Grain Fed Free Range Chickens” are still so far from the point. I read that the sun in our foods nourishes our body, not necessarily the food itself, and it’s obvious that alot of foods are so far removed from the sun you’d wonder if they were created on our planet or not! I do hope to return to being Veg again soon, my body is craving organic animal protein soo bad right now!

If you like to have fun, i have discovered a true lightbeing, who really makes things fun with raw good. Utube search Markus Rothkranz, he is a great representative for the lifestyle. Check out his trailer for GO RAW NOW. This is a movie i wanted to make 30 years ago, but didn’t know how. He takes his many talentsm including a clear heart, and puts it all together for you. Enjoy ~

  17. Gr8stuffis January 1, 2010 5:47 am

Thanks for that input RFrankB. I, myself , don’t eat meat, especially now that it is so very far from what God put on this earth: but for those who do, I think that advice to experiment to see how one’s body and lifestyle benefits from timing, is probably a good idea. I would also stress the idea that we are LIGHT BEINGS tied to the sun’s energy, as translated to our bodies directly on our skin, or through green plants, and so to eat GRASS fed and finished meat or dairy is paramount.

  18. RFrankB January 1, 2010 6:17 am

@Gr8stuffis I definitely wouldn’t have meat until at least noon though.. just incase! If i have meat, i need to wait at least 3-4 hours before I can have any fruit, and i usually use fruit for snacks! Humans are designed to experiment! Good luck

  19. RFrankB January 1, 2010 6:25 am

@Gr8stuffis Well that is quite true, eating protein in the morning would have its benefits over carbs.. but as long as the carbs are low gi, and preferably not a couple of bananas for brekky, then it should be fine.. I’m slowly discovering what works for me, and it’s different for everyone you know.. Protein rich meals are best for night time, because protein is used to build and repair the body, and sleep is the best time for this. Carbs and fats are best for providing energy..

I love David Wolfe. I know him too and I find him honest, genuine and inspiring. I love Gabriel Cousens and Brian Clements too. They’re also fantastic, but not as much fun…
I am raw AND like to have a good time…

  21. hiptobehealthy January 1, 2010 7:35 am

I love David, he is such a great guy and so passionate about his raw food. A rare gem in this world. Great information, he’s always right on.
    Thanks for posting this video.

Google: David Wolfe: a wolfe in vegan clothing The Best Scam Ever!

Also has other raw vegan fakers, infiltrators and explains how they con newcomer vegans and some non vegans

“Chew your juice, drink your food” Just not smart.

“Overeating potato chips” Overeating? Ditch the damn potato its crap raw, I know, some know, we all know raw potatoes are crap raw, so no to raw or cooked spuds.

“The chewing effect causes us to become less stressed.” Now he is taking the piss.

  23. ShroedingerWatcher January 1, 2010 9:23 am

“Eat fruit, ladies and gentlemen, for this is THE food our body loves.”

    Well said.

  24. ShroedingerWatcher January 1, 2010 9:39 am

Actually more like frugivore. Unless you think grass or raw grains are tasty? And that all fruits are bad instead of maybe just some.

  25. Gr8stuffis January 1, 2010 10:10 am

Thanks so much for adding that about food combining RFrankB, that is certainly good advice. However, I would like to hear your rational for eating bread in the morning and meat at night? I would have thought it would be the other way around. Meat or any protein in the morning for a slow burn of nutrients over a long period of time, without that sugar spike.. and also i thought that the assimilation and transit time of meat is much slower. Do you have a specific reason for your recommendation?
