    Proud to say i’ve cleanly lost 35lbs in the past 2 months, Scooby. I’ve cut down on the protein shakes and upped my amino acid intake and chicken/turkey/fish protein and my pre-workouts/multivitamins. My body has gone through some drastic changes. Given my genetics are good and I can show muscle fairly quickly. I went from 240+ to 210. I am 5″10 and 22yrs old so I figure i should get down to around 190-195 to show alot more lean muscle. Will show some pics in time. Love your videos my friend

Im sure you do this all the time because your some fat fag who sits in his computer chair all day wishing he could be as built as scooby, but is too lazy to do so, so he shows his jealousy by accusing him of steroid use.     @imfeelinsupersonic94 Dude your just another Youtube idiot who thinks he knows everything. Age has nothing to do with how much muscle mass one has, all it takes is time. I’ve seen plenty of muscular old men who do not take steroids not celebrities or bodybuilders. You seem to think that no one has the capability to build significant amounts of muscle mass for some strange reason. It would be a whole other story if Scooby claimed he got his muscle in one year then I to would think he was on roids

    @imfeelinsupersonic94 Not true, my 60 year old neighbor is a body builder and he is highly against drugs like weed, and STEROIDS. He is almost as built as Scooby, and very very healthy.

    @Faelian6t5 you’re fucking stupid. he’s old..you can’t have that much muscle mass and low body fat level at that age naturally. ask anybody who’s done steroids and they’ll tell you he’s done some cycles. i’m not saying steroids are bad..but i’m saying it’s stupid that people think these fitness freaks are “natural” ..RIGHT. even “natural bodybuilders” do steroids..all of them. you know nothing about bodybuilding. but if you want to pretend you can look this way naturally go ahead & be delusional

I know what you mean when you say someone is on roids because their massive, but this guy is legit he even has photos of him through the years.

    I didnt lose my fat by counting calories i just stopped eating crap and did more cardio i was already in good shape but just to get my bf to 10% still have a cheat meal once a week though

    Hey Scooby

    Im going on a two week holiday soon where I wont have access to a gym. I will be doing cardio such as swimming and some bodyweight excersizes like push ups. pull ups, crunches etc and also keeping my diet reasonably good but probably not as good as usual though

    How much strength and size am I likely to loose?

    it is nt possible for me to do any tym of workout coz of a realy bad knee ..i can barly walk on it .. but the problem is tht im gaining alot of fat .. canu plz help me ..

    @imfeelinsupersonic94 Could you give us some examples of why you believe he has used illegal substances? An expert like yourself should be able to do that easily.
