		<description>hey i am getting ready to end my first 40 days and i&#039;m really not sure where to go from here i have read the papers and i&#039;m just a lil confused... do i eat only proteins and veggies for 3 days after then wait 4 or 6 weeks till i start the drops again? bcuz i&#039;ve tried really hard these 40 days and lost 20.5 pounds and i don&#039;t want to regain any.. sorry to bother you with this but i&#039;m a lil confused???

		<description>On load up days..anything goes?  Lots of water too?  Someone told me 3 gallons of water a day...I will be spending my day drinking and peeing..  Can you drink alchol on load up?  So many receipts, better to stay on Pounds &amp; inches only?</description>
