I agree completely. There is no quick fix to being fat. It takes time and dedication to lose weight. Drinking some magic potion will not make you skinny. The bottom line is neither of these girls cares about helping others, all they care about is the money it is going to make them.

Also not buying either. But I don’t see why everyone is being so mean. If you go through all of her other videos you can clearly see that she is all about proper nutrition, exercise, and body image. Nothing replaces a good diet and exercise… and thats a fact.
