I deleted only 5 things – all bad oils, I use only coldpressed coconut oil and xtra virgen olive, delete all bad salt, I use only Himalayan, (table salt is used for abortions, the womb has sea salt) I drink only rainwater, use quality sugar only like RAW honey, and grind all your own grains. Rats will not TOUCH ground grain in a cage if choosing between stale and fresh living grain – it is toxic when it gets stale, it “dies” rats know this -

On another note, is she from 1990s?? Canned soup these days have low sodium and no trans fat, same with potato chips. All chips have 0 trans fat. Also soda has caffeine? What does? Honestly, it doesn’t matter what you eat, unless you’re being a complete idiot. Eat reasonably and exercise. Problem solved. No need for these “all-knowing” nutritionists.
I can’t believe ppl are actually informed by this. Stupid ppl out there. This is common sense. Plus, her reasoning is wrong in places. Sure, excess sodium can’t be good. But a normal person just excretes them out with no harm to health. Flour has nutrition, it’s called carbohydrates and u need them; Fructose corn syrup is bad cuz it what? “feeling of fullness?” It’s known to cause obesity via insulin resistance.
Don’t agree on number one. Soft drinks should be at around 10, to be honest. While they may be high in sugar, they’re not high in sodium and they don’t have that many calories. I think either donuts or cheeseburgers should be #1.

I just have to have a sip of anything caffeinated. literally a sip barely enough to fill my mouth and I feel anxious all day long and I’m talking pepsi technically and especially coca cola which is the utmost worst one I could ever drink.. plus they have acid in them which eats your insides out
