    @Grimbas08

Haha try this with 20 pound weights and see how far you get.

  3. Grimbas08 January 31, 2010 11:09 am

i dont understand why he is cheating, the weight is light enough for a 15yr old to use decent form.

Nonsense. Cheating? Even the greatest Olympic athletes get more reps in with momentum and you are going by what standard? It is a great deltoids burner any way you cut it. This guy has very good endurance.

  9. peppy199 January 31, 2010 2:42 pm

This guy uses momentum in all his exercises, which is cheating. Do not mimic his bad habit as you will get poor results.

looks like your routine is not working?where your delts?lol

  11. hazemalsaadi January 31, 2010 3:33 pm

excellent workout..but that is for ripped delts. its more of a cardio exercise on the shoulders. nice though. tahkns

  12. jamesindaous January 31, 2010 3:56 pm

@EdGaR8T313 yep u do dont ya, u can be ripped as fuck but even if theres a light layer of fat there u wont look it

  13. kimbooooooooooo January 31, 2010 4:04 pm

did i ask for respect ?? no i didnt. and i dont want repect from dicks who have no idea themselves. if you had any idea about bodybuilding u would know hes an idiot. so goodbye my dear friend! have a nice life

you can put on muscle either way, as long as you’re consistently “damaging” the fibers with every workout, then eating right/enough to fuel their repair, resulting in hypertrophy. you get cut by burning fat and (in the case of professional bodybuilders) dehydrating. I wouldn’t recommend the latter for obvious reasons.

  15. umbilicaltapeworm January 31, 2010 4:38 pm

as if anyone should listen to you, talking like a child, insulting people for no reason. your immature comment makes you look a lot worse than this dudes bad form makes him look. show some respect and maybe you’ll get some back.

  16. kimbooooooooooo January 31, 2010 5:07 pm

LMAO!! thats is NOT the proper way to do shoulder exercises! useless fuck

  17. Mangamonator January 31, 2010 5:37 pm

Yeah the more weight would require you doing less reps anyway because you’d become tired or even pull a muscle.

  18. EdGaR8T313 January 31, 2010 6:05 pm

well yea,, u need to lose the fat. just like gettin a sixpack,, u may have strong abs but u need to get rid of the fat that is over the muscle for the six pack to show

  19. Freefunware January 31, 2010 6:06 pm

won´t you need a breathing-technique to keep the right oxygen-bloodlevels?

  20. piratelord99 January 31, 2010 6:47 pm

dont u need to get rid of the fat too to get cut? so more reps by itself wont get u ripped will it?

  21. nickpeter101 January 31, 2010 6:53 pm

he does like 8 cuz to show u how its done

  22. EdGaR8T313 January 31, 2010 7:22 pm

the more reps is not more muscle. The more reps u do, the more cut u get. If u want to increase size u need to do more weight than usual and less reps

  23. jazzakazza94 January 31, 2010 7:52 pm

    arn’t they for reardelts aswell?

  24. pallas12345 January 31, 2010 7:52 pm

i never understand how heavy should those dumbells be?

  25. MrHabeascorpus January 31, 2010 7:53 pm

muscle imbalances which will compromise shoulder health will result if you neglect the traps so i would include this as a shoulder exercise
