
I am starting a new work out routine and I was just wondering if muscle building drinks work for women? I see them advertised all the time and I was just wondering if they will help build muscle and burn fat for women? I don’t want to get bulky but I want something that will help me burn some fat during workouts. And if so, what are some of the best kinds to use? Thanks!

They don’t work for anybody. The only way to build a muscle is to use it.
Just buy protein drinks and take carbs in moderation. Also, stay away from fats, obviously. If you’re goal is to burn fat and tone up, I’d suggest light weights and cardio about 3x a week.
Pay your dues in the gym. “Muscle building drinks” are 99% hooha.
You get everything you need to build muscle in a normal balanced diet.
How good can it be if they have to advertise the crap out of it to sell it?
