Here you will pair up 1 arm tubing chest crossovers with Upper body pullovers (to work the hard to reach upper chest area). Finally, you will perform a quick mini circuit that works the entire chest (with help from the supporting muscles) when you do Med Ball Pushups and Incline DB Bench. 2-3 sets of this pair will finish up your workout.     these people on youtube are very slick. they wil come with a nice body, and they wil show u how it has to be done. BUT if u want to know more extra info GO SUBSCRIBE.. Guys c’mon!! just read magazines, look at all the great stuff on youtube, read about nutrition, read, read,read, watch watch watch and u know what to do and how u need to do it..

    how do u work the inside of ur chest? also, will just doing chest workouts eventually build the inside chest?

    @OakyDoky24 I guess it depends on what you mean by big. If you mean big as in lean and athletic looking I would say, yes, it does get you big. But if you mean you want to be a body builder or something, you may just want to go as many reps as you can. I hoped that helped. :)

    Does this mean I don’t have to do bench, incline, and decline bench press every chest workout? Or dumbbell presses? I kinda need help on that…

    Great tip on keeping the chin down on the chest dips worked well 4 me 2 day in the gym..

    @abetiuc it works your upper lats, right under ur pits, not so much back as u think. It’s for chest… it hits the top of your chest like he says and also expands your rib cage so you can add more mass to your chest. it allows for muscle growth.

    Hey Im trying to gt bigger nd the name of your program is called Ath LEAN X. Im already lean in fact im 120lbs and have been told to do nothing but eat 12 times a day and lift heavy. What do you think?
