    man, if you want protein, drink a whole bottle of farmers milk, eat you’re eggs, also with shell, the shell has a thing that helps to produce testoteron. Also eat a can of tuna every morning. lot’s of meat, like 2 times a day, maybe once chicken breast, once red meat. and before you go to bed, stuff in two regular size cottage cheeses. one cottage cheese normally should already have around 50% of the daily proteins you as normal person needs, with this diet you’ll get about 500 % of proteinsaday

    calm down dude. protein shakes are more of snacks then meals. i understand you though, but some people really dont have time to eat, and drinking protein will really save time. people should not take it as a meal, only as a snack and to build muscle…

    creatine and protein supplements are a scam. they don’t really work. If u want protein take protein from real foods cause they also have vitamins and minerals to go along with such as fish or meat. Supplements aren’t real foods and hello everyone supplements are processed with dyes, artificial colors, etc….

    im only 16 years old i take reguler whey protein mix it with water every morning then do basic workouts pushups etc. and i see effects sooooooo yeah if you want a good protein id go with whey

    I take 1 scoop of whey (25 gram of protein) and 1 scoop of brewers yeast (15 gram of protein) and mix it with water. I have experienced the best result ever for the last six weeks in strength and muscle gains. I also recommend eating 50´- 75 gram of fried beef-liver 3-4 days a week or take liver tablets.

    Awesome review, I wasn’t sure of what protein I wanted to get since I began working out to gain muscle and gain a little bit of weight and I was going to go with Whey because I’v heard such good things about it and this video really made me believe that Whey is the way to go. Thanks!

    Iv heard for long term effects if you stop taking it that you will lose muscle. I’m not sure though. But stay away from Muscle Milk it is all just a hoax. One of the chemicals MSG will cause you to lose brain cells in your future

    in milk if u wanna gain muscle, in water if u wanto tone…..depends, if u do weight lifting and cardio before taking it, put two scoops of it in the drink.

    That’s the best thing to do, weight lifting/excercise, than cardio…..lost 9 inches around my waist in two weeks, and drink water, no soda, that helps so much, trust me.
