    Incredibly. When I did gymnastics one exercise they would have us do is knee jumps. Where you jump as high as you can and bring your knees to a 90 degree angle. It’s easy on the floor, but we did them on a 15ft length, 4ft dept landing mat.

    I’m guessing the foam/padding makes the jump more difficult?

    good stuff Smitty. i cant make that transition from the pull up to the dip.. I’m trying to the muscle up from a dead hang. I’ll be trying this whole week on muscle ups just to say I did 1.

    I used to wrestle and I train wrestlers. We like to train in them for a better feel and better movement.

    I have never ever in my life seen the JUMP to the bar like you guys did here. Once again very creative LOL. Well congrats on your 1st Muscle up and hopefully many more to come. I remember how i felt when i got my 1st MU

    Dang, the second guy’s first rep has enough hip power that he basically ends up locked out over the bar without having to press at all.
