I have specific muscles for exercise, and another set of muscles for normal activities because I’m a GM Monsanto[tm] brand human. Every sperm is patended so I’m kinda lonely also.

I don’t need to lose weight, I just need to gain a little more upper body strength so that I can perform better with submissions in jiu jitsu. Sadly, I strained my wrist or something cause it’s hard to lift things now and makes my daily routine very hard : /

when you start training jiu jitsu for the first 2 weeks you are so sore but after that you never get sore again

I am attaining a course to become a personal and fitnesstrainer, because I am interessted in the techniques and the theory, but it is not a job for a living. Too much competition.
Anyway, I have read around five books ( it is not much, but I understand, what I read) about power endurance and so on, and you are always right.
Even my teachers who got an master degree for sports don’t know so much. They only study graphics, but can’t transport what they read into practise.

Your lats were aching from Bench presses and Push ups???? You don’t use your lats for those exercises – Maybe you want to consider it was something else

I super setted bench press and push ups rather than the usual bench and dumbell press one day because the garrage was compromised and boy howdy were my lats sore the next day. I never feel like i get a good work out from rows.

isn’t there an obvious connection between “muscles never used before” and “muscles that are not in good shape”…i mean, if those muscles aren’t in shape, then they are not being used quite often or trained
