What is the best diet for Muscle Building?

Basically I’m looking to start a High Protein diet for muscle building, and I was wondering, How much protein should I eat each day? Also, If you have any tips I wouldn’t mind hearing them. Cheers Guys.

    i think you will need food full of proteins, minerals and vitamin.

    you have to consider your age, gender, physical abilities, weight and stuffs to design one so i suggest you to hire a fitness trainer because they would know much more than we would.

    try getting 1gram of protein per pound of body weight. eat foods with quality healthy proteins such as tuna and white meats. avoid dark meats. take whey protein after workouts. drink water during workouts to stay hydrated and because muscles need water to grow.

    In order to build muscle, you need calorie surplus. So bear in mind that while you gain muscle mass, you will also gain some fat.

    That being said, consume 30-40% lean protein, 25-30% fat (olive oil, avocadoes, fat from fish), and rest carbohydrate diet. Limit the simple carbs to post-workout meals.

    I general, it’s advised to get 1 gram of protein per pound of your weight. ;)
