@TheNextHendrix14 Hey sorry I took so long to respond. I’ve never used bowflex, however I’ve always heard that you have to get the right type of model that allows full range of muscle movement. Some models may not allow the full range and if that’s the case, your cheating your body of its maximum potential for muscle growth. We cover muscle growth in detail at the site.

Sorry it took me so long to respond. But with proper training and eating I defnitely feel you can gain muscle mass and see a significant change within 2-4 months. However, it really depends on your definition of “significant”. Set realistic goals and then come up with a plan to achieve them. You can get more info on this over at the website.
