to be honest i usually end up having some oatmeal or cereal, some fresh chicken and a protein shake.
hopefully this is ok, chicken in the morning might not be for everyone but i dont mind it!

there isnt much that can give you protein like eggs can, well at least in the morning…so is kinda hard.
