ofcourse you guys can say that this is a scam and it dosnt work and bladi bladi bla, the fact is that the fruit is a rather ”healthy” food to eat, beacause it has high levels of vitamin B and E, there is also a great amount of calsium and magnesium, witch both are good for energizing and buildig a good bone stucture, there is also a fair amout of Protein, and any protein without carbs is good for anybody who is trying to loose weight, the antioxidant levels in this fruit is skyhigh, I EAT IT
